3.      Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes from the regular meeting on 10-11-16.

 

4.      Discussion and possible action to place on the BET Watch List a transfer of $1,000,000.00 to the Employee Benefits Fund 4010 from the General Fund Reserve 1001-995. Requested by Danny Lambert, Chief Deputy and Finance Director for the Oklahoma County Clerk s Office.

 

5.      Discussion and possible action about process and procedures for FY 17-18 budget reviews and recommendations.

 

6.      Discussion and possible action to receive an update on Employee Benefits.

 

  1. Discussion and possible action regarding any item currently on the BET Watch List.

 

  1. New business.  In accordance with the open Meetings Act, Section, 311.9, New Business is defined, as  any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the Agenda

 

  1. Citizen participation: Any citizen wishing to address the Budget Evaluation Team may do so at this time.
